Only thing I'd suggest, as someone who works in e-commerce, just improve communication between purchases so people know that order has been reviewed/received & accepted etc and cake is being prepared.

But on the day fantastic communication to say it was made, out for delivery etc.

Absolutely delicious tiramisu ordered for my daughter's 21st. Everyone loved it and there was nothing left! One of the best I've tasted.

I had ordered a couple of weeks ahead for a Friday delivery as they were required for a small event on the Saturday but they did not arrive until after 6pm Saturday night. When I checked on arrival, the order was also incorrect - I've been told I'll receive a refund for the difference between what I paid for and what I got. It's a shame, they were tasty but arrived too late for the intended purpose and with the error in the order so it's hard to have faith in a repeat order.

I bought this as a gift for my sister's birthday and couldn't be happier with the experience. It was delivered on time, beautifully packaged, and arrived still perfectly cold. My sister absolutely loved the tiramisu—it tasted fresh, delicious, and high quality. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend it for special occasions.

Absolutely loved both the classic and pistachio tiramisu cakes! My questions were answered promptly and the cakes were divine. 5 stars 🤩

The tiramisu arrived on the day of the booking very well packed with cooling blocks to ensure temperature was kept low even on the hottest day in Wales it arrived at refrigeration temperature. Overall the tiramisu was a reasonable size and tasted nice. It probably did lack the alcohol taste however it was a non-alcoholic tiramisu so that’s to be expected.

Went down a treat with friends up visiting. 10/10

We knew it was special from the first bite rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. It wasn’t just a dessert, it was one of those “we need this again” moments straight away. Every layer was indulgent without being too heavy, and somehow even better with each spoonful. Safe to say it completely won us over… so much so, we didn’t think twice about making it our wedding cake. We ate it in a genuine record time I think.

Couldn’t fault the Tiramisu or the customer service. We booked it as our “wedding cake” and it did not disappoint. My husband and I are obsessed with tiramisu and have properly tried close to 300 different versions across the world. This was our favourite. We couldn’t be happier with it and couldn’t recommend Tiramisu Cake enough!!!!!!

Our Just Married tiramisu was the star of the show at our wedding. They delivered to Tetbury in Gloucestershire and it arrived perfectly chilled and ready to go. Delicious!

Had the “Just Married” Tiramisu for 60+ people as our Wedding cake. We got in contact ahead and were given a 2 hour delivery window for the Tiramisu to our Wedding Venue. Great service great dessert. We will be ordering again for my husbands birthday

The product was well packaged and delivered in v good presentation. It had ice packed with it which kept it nice and cold. The taste was very nice too. Recommended.

The texture is absolutely incredible, thick, flavoursome, exceeded my expectations. Will be serving at my next dinner party.

Flavours are as expected and on point.
Might be worth keeping it at room temperature for a little while before having it.

I got this as a gift for my friend, it was delivered on time and in perfect condition in their tins. She absolutely loved the tiramisu (half pistachio - her favourite flavour and half regular) she said it was the perfect sweetness and her mum also loved it. Great customer service 👍

I was looking around the internet for a tiramisu to gift to someone, so I was looking for something that would arrive promptly, safely and be delicious... This was all of the above and so much more. Never in my life have I had a tiramisu of this quality. So soft, so flavourful and genuinely just an incredible eating experience. The delivery was perfect, I was worried about damage during transit but it was so well packaged that it was completely untouched. The tin is beautiful and added such a lovely touch and user experience. It arrived completely chilled and ready to eat - flawless execution. Will be ordering again and have already recommended to all of my friends - if you were like me and looking at all of the options in London, this is the one to choose!

Arrived well packed. Slightly messed up on the edges but to be expected since it was delivered via mail. Tasted amazing. I’m not that much of a fan of coffee however this was very easy to eat since it was not that strong for me. So it was perfect 👌
