We currently deliver across mainland UK. If you’re outside the mainland or unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Fees

✅ Standard Orders (Tins & Boxes)
    •     UK delivery – £6.99 fees!
    •    Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout.
    •    Orders are delivered via tracked courier service (DPD).

📦 Large Tray Orders (Special Events & Bulk Orders)
    •    Delivery : £1.50 per mile from our kitchen 

If you are placing a large order for a wedding, party, or business event, please get in touch before placing your order so we can arrange the best delivery method for you.

Delivery Date Selection

Customers can choose their preferred delivery date at checkout.
Please note: the earliest available delivery slot depends on current order volume and availability. We recommend booking early, as popular dates tend to fill up quickly.

 

Delivery Schedule
    •    Deliveries take place Tuesday to Saturday.
    •    Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be considered as next-day orders.

Shipping Method

We use DPD to ensure reliable, next-day delivery from the day your order is dispatched. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

Freshness & Packaging

Each tiramisu is crafted fresh before dispatch. We package all orders in insulated, protective packaging to maintain quality during transit.

Missed Deliveries

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. As our products are perishable, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for missed deliveries or incorrect addresses.
