🧾 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

At Tiramisu Cake UK, all our products are freshly prepared to order and carefully scheduled based on your selected delivery date.

We always aim to provide the highest quality and a smooth experience, and we kindly ask customers to review our policy below:

🧁 Standard Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before the delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations made within 5 days of delivery are non-refundable, as preparation and ingredient sourcing will have already begun.

🎂 Wedding & Large Event Orders

Your date is reserved exclusively for you once booked ✨

  • A 50% booking deposit is required to secure your date.
  • The remaining balance is due 7–10 days before delivery.

 

⏳ Cancellations & Changes

    Cancellations & Changes
   • More than 30 days before the event → 80% of the amount paid refundable.


   • 14–30 days before the event → 65% of the amount paid refundable.


   • Within 14 days of the event → Non-refundable and non-transferable due to              production scheduling and reserved capacity.

🔄 Date Changes:

  • Changes requested more than 14 days in advance can usually be accommodated (subject to availability).
  • Changes within 14 days may not be possible due to production scheduling.

Custom & Special Orders

Orders that include:

  • Custom designs
  • Special tray sizes
  • Specific equipment or materials

are non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically for your request.

We always aim to be fair and understanding.

In exceptional situations, we may offer partial refunds or store credit at our discretion.
